Henrik Sardarbegian is a Pre-Litigation Attorney at The Capital Law Firm, defined by an unyielding passion for justice, a fierce competitive spirit, and a deep-seated commitment to his community. Prior to joining The Capital Law Firm, Mr. Sardarbegian founded Sardarbegian Law, APLC in 2012 focusing on fighting for his injured clients. Mr. Sardarbegian has established himself as a formidable opponent against major insurance carriers, dedicating his career to leveling the playing field for injured individuals who often feel voiceless against corporate giants.
Mr. Sardarbegian’s resilience was forged early on. After immigrating to the United States in 1988 and attending Hoover High School in Glendale, CA, he learned that adapting to new challenges requires determination and grit. Mr. Sardarbegian attended California Polytechnic University, Pomona where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. He then went on to pursue his juris doctorate from Southwestern Law’s prestigious SCALE program in Los Angeles, California.
While attending Southwestern Law School, Mr. Sardarbegian was nominated as the President of “Teen Court,” a program which diverts first time youthful offenders from traditional juvenile justice system, allowing peers from other schools who question, judge and determine disposition recommendations for alleged offenders, providing a more meaningful court experience Today, he channels that same resilience into his legal practice, refusing to back down when insurance companies attempt to minimize the suffering of his clients.
