Joshua J. Zokaeem is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Capital Law Firm, where he leads a team of dedicated personal injury attorneys in aggressively pursuing justice for those harmed by negligence. With deep experience in personal injury law and business litigation, Mr. Zokaeem has built a reputation as a strategic, relentless advocate for accident victims throughout California.
Before founding the firm, he worked at several prominent litigation firms in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, focusing on personal injury and complex disputes. He is known for his command of litigation strategy, courtroom presence, and unwavering dedication to maximizing client recovery. Mr. Zokaeem graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor’s degree and earned his J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where he was honored with multiple CALI Excellence Awards and recognized for his mediation and negotiation skills.
He is an active member of CAALA, AAJ, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Mr. Zokaeem is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Zokaeem graduated, with a Bachelor degree from University of California Los Angeles . He went on to pursue his juris doctorate from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. He took the California bar examination and passed on his first attempt.
While attending Southwestern Law School, Mr. Zokaeem was the recipient of the CALI “Excellence for the Future” Award in Legal Analysis, Writing & Skills.
Mr. Zokaeem was also the recipient of the CALI “Excellence for the Future” Award in Immigration Law.
In addition to his academic achievements, Mr. Zokaeem was a member of the Negotiation Honors Program. As a member of the team, Mr. Zokaeem competed in the International Law School Mediation Tournament in Chicago, IL. where he placed as a Semi-Finalist in the Mediator category.
